Globalsat, a specialist in GPS and Bluetooth manufacturing, is about to release a bluetooth wireless headset for the iPod.  this will be compatible with iPod Nano, 3G, 4G, 5G and iPod Mini.

The BTA-809 Bluetooth headset frees your iPod and wired earphones.  The BTA-809 allows you to experience Bluetooth wireless stereo sound over a distance of up to 10 metres.  The BTA-809 connects to the iPod base connector easily and it is light and easy to carry.  The BTA-809 supports the Bluetooth A2DP and AVRCP for stereo sound and remote control of the audio device.  If you use it with the GlobalSat BTH-820 Bluetooth stereo headset you can control the iPod from the headset.  The BTA-809 is charged via the USB connection and it will also charge the iPod at the same time.
