Starting as one of the major manufacturers for GPS receivers and module makers in the world, GlobalSat has extended its field into GPS tracking devices, outdoor sport equipment, wireless IoT products, mmWave instruments as well as the latest unmanned vehicle applications. The founder of GlobalSat is Mr. Prince Cheng. Having over 30 years extensive experience in electronic and communications industry, he had ever served at General instruments, Ampex Electronics, OAK Electronics, Universal Electronics and DYTcom communications for the past 30 years. He worked at various positions as engineers, engineering managers, engineering directors and presidents. Mr. Cheng received the Award of Excellence from U.S. Sprint in 1998 in appreciation of his contribution to U.S. Sprint Corporation in communication products.

GlobalSat has decades of ODM/OEM experience, providing comprehensive customization services including electronic design, system integration, ID/Mechanic design and software development. Driven by innovation, we are specialized in GPS-related, wireless device such as Sport wearables, IoT devices and all types of trackers. GlobalSat has successfully provided services to customers and built up strong long term relationship with partners since 2000 and will keep our commitments persistently.

GlobalSat successfully became a publicly listed company on the OTC market in 2006. We dedicate all our resources to expanding our business through continuous R&D, expert production management, and global sales and marketing activities—all proudly Made in Taiwan (MIT).
